Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we get most often. Not covered here? Call or WhatsApp 0746 879 234.
How do I place an order?
Call or WhatsApp 0746 879 234 / 0703 171 014, fill in the quote form, or visit us at Sango Business Center. Tell us the item, quantity and size, and attach your artwork if you have it.
How long does a job take?
Simple jobs like business cards, flyers and single t-shirts are usually ready within 1–2 working days. Bulk apparel, vehicle branding and large signage take longer; we confirm the timeline with your quote.
Can you design the artwork for me?
Yes. Our in-house designers create logos, posters, social media graphics and print-ready artwork, and we send you a proof to approve before printing.
Do you deliver?
You can collect from Sango Business Center or we can arrange delivery within Nairobi. Delivery costs depend on the size of the order and the location.
